Social Awareness

If there is one society that is ridden with myriad taboos it is the great Indian masala mix of society. People are literally steeped and soaked in age-old taboos that are proving to be a stumbling block to progress. Humanity A Voice is working with missionary zeal to create social awareness that will help people realize how rootless such taboos are. We have adopted various channels such as street corner dramas, puppet shows, and theatre in rural areas to enlighten people.

Taboo is a social evil. It must be removed from its roots and we are working day and night to reach out and remove such deep-rooted wrong taboos. Taboos can harm people and hurt sentiments.

Taboos are not the only area where we are active. We are also campaigning actively to make people aware of their rights under the Constitution and under the law so that they are not wrongfully exploited.
